2395 Delaware Ave. Spc 185, Santa Cruz
One of the manufactured homes in De Anza Park that offers a view on the beach at Natural Bridges State Park. With the sound of the ocean as a backdrop, this house has been updated and modernized. The interior is sleek, yet warm with a huge wall of windows that faces out to the natural open space. The deck and garden has multiple living spaces to enjoy this magical location.

2395 Delaware Ave. Spc 147, Santa Cruz
This manufactured home in the De Anza Park has 1960 sq. ft and an attached garage. This unique triple-wide in this unique park presented a wonderful opportunity to bring upgrades that make it feel like a real home. In addition, to leverage its position near lakes, open space and the ocean, a raised Margarita Deck was added with views in all directions.

20 Azalea Ave., Felton
This original Nantucket style home was actually built in 1979 with pine plank floors and three brick fireplaces. By opening up the interior with white walls and newly finished floors this gem amongst the oaks was given a fresh, modern feel.

130 Burlwood Dr., Scotts Valley
Originally built in 1949 and owned by the same family until 2015, this classic American home with 2400 sq. ft and gabled dormers had been minimally maintained for many years. After many repairs, all new systems and a new wrap around porch, the house was revived.

4243 Fairway Dr., Soquel
This 1600 sq. ft hillside home with detached garage sported a rustic 1970's style with dark wood paneling. By opening the house up, adding a living space at the bottom level and attaching the garage, the now 2200 sq ft. house became bright, modern and airy.
